Background of the Study
IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks, such as ITIL and COBIT, provide structured approaches to managing IT services. These frameworks enhance service delivery, optimize IT processes, and align IT with business goals (Johnson & Olayemi, 2023).
Corporate firms in Taraba State are exploring ITSM frameworks to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This study critically examines the adoption of ITSM frameworks and their impact on business outcomes.
